SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders purchased from THREE OVER ONE include FREE shipping in Australia and a flat rate of $40AUS is charged for worldwide orders. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties and tax associated with their country of residence.
At this stage we only ship via Australia Post or TNT.
Deliveries are posted during standard business hours between Monday - Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Item(s) should be delivered within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Please be aware that Express Post is not considered to be registered post. Lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries are not covered by insurance. If you have any queries or specific requests regarding the delivery of your item(s), please do not hesitate to contact us (email@example.com) and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
We accept payment by most credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). In the event that you prefer to pay for your item by direct debit, please contact us directly (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your desired item(s) and size(s), and we will provide you with our information via email.
All prices and payments are in Australia Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
We ensure that all personal information and credit card data processed through our shopping cart is kept completely safe and secure. THREE OVER ONE uses NetRegistry for all transactions and all credit card details that are processed by NetRegistry are encrypted within your transaction. THREE OVER ONE do not store any credit card details and keep all personal information safe and secure.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Prior to delivering your item we are careful to examine all of our merchandise for any faults. It is not our intention to sell or deliver faulty goods, as product quality and your satisfaction with your purchase is our number one priority.
Please check the sizing guide prior to your purchase.
In the event that you have mistakenly chosen the wrong size, THREE OVER ONE will offer an exchange of items for another available size. In the event that your correct size is not available, we will organise a refund for the original amount purchased. Refunds will only be provided once the item has been returned in the same condition in which it was delivered (this item must not have been worn, altered, or washed and all tags must be returned with the item).
THREE OVER ONE are happy to exchange or refund items due to change of mind but we will not exchange or refund sale items.
Prior to returning/exchanging your item, you must indicate your intention to do so within 7 days of the date of delivery by email (email@example.com). You must state the reason for your return/exchange. We will contact you within 2 business days of receipt of email.

Once the items have been received we will conduct a quality review and once approved, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card originally used for the purchase. We will notify you via email.
